The ARYSE TRU-RANGE® Hip Brace delivers structured joint support for recovery, surgical rehabilitation, and degenerative joint issues. This orthopaedic hip brace keeps the hip safely positioned in abduction and limits excess flexion to reduce dislocation risk. Targeted compression supports joint alignment, controls swelling, and improves mobility. Designed to fit either side, this brace adjusts easily and stays breathable. Buy it now without any delay.

Who Is It For?

Hip injuries are common in America, and conditions like arthritis, impingement, and post-op instability demand external support (aka hip braces). Structured hip braces maintain joint alignment and reduce tissue injury risk. Wearing it daily can reduce the chances of hip injuries or joint degeneration. It works as:

  • Brace for hip pain or arthritis
  • Hip brace for sciatica relief
  • Hip brace for post-op or arthroplasty
  • Support brace for impingement
  • Anterior/posterior hip dysplasia
  • Sacroiliac & hip support brace
  • Brace for hip bone friction (FAI)
  • Dislocated hip stabilization brace
  • Combo brace for lumbar pain, labral tear
  • Support for hip sprain or fracture

How to Wear and Use Aryse Hip Brace?

Brace Components: Includes back brace panel, right hip attachment, and left hip attachment.

  1. Put the brace down flat (inside up), and loop the waist straps into the D-rings.
  2. Fasten the belt tightly around your waist using the front Velcro closure.
  3. Attach the appropriate hip component (right/left/both) with velcro; align the plastic cuff over the upper thigh.
  4. Adjust pad height and cuff size with a quick twist of the screw.
  5. Wrap and secure leg straps above the knee; trim any excess length.
  6. Tighten or loosen using the pulley to get the desired back tension.
  7. For ROM settings, loosen the star screw, set the hinge tabs, and retighten. Ask a medical provider to adjust for the best performance.

What is the best hip brace for sciatica?

The ARYSE TRU-RANGE hip brace provides compression, joint control, and pain relief for sciatica. It stabilizes irritated nerves and strained hip muscles during movement.

How tight should a hip support brace be?

The brace should feel snug but not restrictive. For better comfort, tighten the back straps instead of the front.

Are hip braces covered by insurance?

Yes, if they are ordered for post-op recovery. The usual billing code is L1681.

What’s the difference between a hip abductor and hip brace?

A hip abduction brace stabilizes the upper leg bone at the joint. Some models limit hip rotation or include thigh and knee components, but this one doesn’t.

How long to wear a hip brace, should I wear it 24/7?

Most patients wear a hip brace daily for 6–8 weeks post-op.

What type of brace is used for hip dysplasia?

For infants, the Pavlik Harness holds the hips in a stable position. Adults use abduction braces (like this one) post-surgery.

Can I sleep with a hip brace on?

Yes, especially post-surgery. Wear during transfers or walking. Your doctor may allow removal during sleep.

Can a hip brace be worn under clothes?

Yes. This brace is low-profile and can be worn discreetly under clothing. It fits most plus-size adults, women, seniors, and athletes needing custom thigh or waist adjustments.
