Set Up & Use the CONTOUR® NEXT ONE Meter

Configure date/time and target ranges on the device or pair it with the CONTOUR® Diabetes App for automatic syncing and guided setup.

Insert a Contour Next test strip (meter turns on). Use the Microlet® lancing device to get a small blood drop and apply it to the strip.

The meter counts down for ~5 seconds and shows your glucose reading along with the SmartLIGHT color indicator (green/in-range, amber/high, red/low).

Tag your reading (fasting, before meals, etc.). All results are stored in memory and automatically sync to the app if connected.

Use control solution to check accuracy when needed, keep strips dry, store at room temperature, and replace the 2×CR2032 batteries when prompted.
