Introduction
Check your blood glucose with Bayer contour test strips can be used with Contour meters only. These easy-to-use glucose test strips do not require any coding as they are self-coded.
The contour next strips are designed to sip blood and require as little as 0.6µl (microliter) of blood. Whereas, normally a single drop of blood is about 35 µl.
Instructions for using test strips

Remember that the test strips are for single use only.

Keep the test strip vial closed and only open when you are ready to perform a test.

Use the test strip immediately after removing it from the vial.

Turn on the meter by just inserting the test strip. Insert the gray square end firmly into the test strip port until the meter beeps.

Place a blood drop when the screen blinks and don’t move your finger until you hear a beep.
Important features:
- No coding is required. Just apply a blood drop and insert it into the glucose meter.
- Works even with a tiny blood drop. Only requires a 0.6 microliter of blood.
- Second Chance sampling where you can use the same strip within 30 seconds and 60 seconds (varies as per your glucose meter) if the blood was insufficient in the first go.
- Not affected by naturally occurring substances in the body, such as cholesterol and hemoglobin.
