The Tandem Mobi Insulin Pump is the world’s smallest insulin delivery system, designed for individuals with type 1 diabetes (ages 2+) and type 2 diabetes (ages 18+). This Mobi pump is tiny enough that you can even keep the pump in the coin pocket of your jeans. Along with a five-inch tubing option made just for Mobi, this tandem new pump is compatible with a wide range of Tandem mobi infusion set currently available in the market. Refilling your infusion set is easy, as these infusion sets can be easily detached.
The system can be used for basal and bolus insulin delivery with or without a CGM. In cases where a CGM is not used, users will not be able to use the Control-IQ™ technology. The sensor glucose readings will not be sent and displayed on the pump display either.
Compatible CGM Sensors:
The Tandem Mobi pump integration is possible with Dexcom G6 sensor, Dexcom G7 sensors, and Freestyle Libre 2 Plus sensors. It is compatible with specific iPhone models running iOS versions 17 or 18. Check your smartphone compatibility here.
Warning:
Control-IQ+ technology should not be used by anyone under 2 years of age with type 1 diabetes or under the age of 18 years old with type 2 diabetes.
This tandem mini pump should NOT be used by people requiring less than a total daily insulin dose of 5 units OR who weigh less than 9 kilograms (20 pounds).

However, this feature is not a substitute for your own active diabetes management. This technology also utilizes the readings from your CGM sensor to calculate a predicted sensor glucose value 30 minutes into the future.
Multiple Wear Options

Disclaimer
