Shipping Policy

At CGM Monitors, we are committed to delivering your products quickly and securely. This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
1. Shipment Processing Time
- Standard Processing: All orders are processed and dispatched as soon as possible, typically within 5 business days from the date the order is placed.
- Operating Hours: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- High Volume Delays: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
All products are shipped from our facility:
- Carrier: We primarily use USPS (United States Postal Service) for all domestic shipments.
- Domestic Shipping: As stated in our Terms of Use, CGM Monitors products and services are intended for users who reside in the United States.
- International Shipping: We also offer worldwide shipping; however, Bill to Insurance products are not available for international orders.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status through the USPS website.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: CGM Monitors ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
- Residency: By placing an order, you confirm that you are a resident of the United States.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
CGM Monitors is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages and Issues during Transit
- CGM Monitors takes the security of your data and products seriously.
- If you receive your order and the product is defective or damaged upon delivery, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.
- You must report any damage or incorrect items within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for a return or replacement.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
7. Delayed or Undelivered Orders
If your order takes longer than the estimated delivery time or if the tracking information shows the item was delivered but you have not received it, please contact our Customer Support team immediately. We will investigate the issue and work toward a resolution, which may include re-shipment or a refund as per our Order Fulfillment Policy.
