Do I need to have diabetes to use a CGM?
If you’re buying it with cash, no prescription is required. However, if you’re using insurance, you need to either be taking insulin or have a history of hypoglycemia.
Can I use my FSA or HSA card to pay for Center?
Yes, you are more than welcomed to use your HSA/ FSA to pay for your purchasing.
Can I shower with my CGM?
Absolutely, feel free to shower or even go for a swim for 30-45 minutes.
How long do the Center CGM sensors last?
Distinct sensor works for 14 days. You’ll be a member and receive two sensors every month, covering 28 days.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
It can be cancelled any time by contacting our customer support. No charges will apply if the product remains unopened and has not expired.
What phones is Center CGM compatible with?
iOS Requirements: iPhone 6 or newer, or iOS 11 or later.
Android Requirements: OS 5.0 or later and an NFC-enabled phone. If you can make contactless payments with your phone, it has NFC capability.
